I hope you are all transitions smoothly into these gorgeous pre-summer days. There are a lot of exciting updates, schedule changes, and special events happening in my world over the next few weeks, so let’s dive right into it!

📣 Big Community Update: Facebook Page Merge!

To streamline how I share updates, I have officially merged the Yoga on Tap and Yoga by Kris Facebook pages.

Because of the digital shuffle, some followers of Yoga on Tap might have dropped off in the transition. To make sure you don't miss a beat, please head over and follow Yoga by Kris. This is now the official, central hub where I will be posting all of my upcoming yoga offerings, schedules, and community news.

🌸 Yoga in the Garden is Back!

  • When: Every Thursday night, starting June 4th (running all summer long!)

  • Where: The beautiful Fredericton Botanic Garden

There is nothing quite like practicing outdoors as the sun sets. Please note that registration and payment for this series are being handled directly through the Fredericton Botanic Garden website, so secure your spot there ahead of time. Bring your mat, your sunscreen, and your love for nature!

🎂 Celebrate Kris's Birthday: Yoga & A Book Discussion!

On Sunday, June 14th, I’m celebrating my birthday the best way I know how—with yoga and community! We have a special two-part event lined up at Picaroon's:

  • Part 1: Yoga on Tap (10:00 AM) Come for our usual Sunday morning flow! If you plan to ONLY attend the yoga class, payment is simple: Pay What You Can (PWYC).

  • Part 2: Mindful Miles Book Reading & Discussion (Following Yoga) Stick around after class for a cozy, deep-dive discussion into my book, Mindful Miles.

    • Price: $40 (This includes the 10 AM yoga class and your very own copy of the book!).

🏖️ Summer Schedule Adjustments

Just a quick heads-up for my regulars at Brookside Wellness Clinic: we will be taking a temporary break from Calm and Strong for the months of July and August. Enjoy your summer holidays, keep up your personal practice, and we will get back to building strength together in the fall!

🏋️‍♀️ New Things on the Horizon: YMCA Training

I am currently in the process of getting certified as a YMCA Group Fitness Instructor! I’m incredibly excited to bring some high-energy movement to a whole new space. If you are a member of the Downtown Y, keep your eyes peeled for upcoming class announcements on their schedules soon!
